Is a MF 203 Industrial a good light bush hog tractor?

Help. I need some suggestions, comments, direction, concerning the purchase of a tractor for light bush hog work around the house (about 10 acres) and driveway grading. I have been offered a well used but running Massey Ferguson 203 industrial tractor for $2300 with a Continental 4 cylinder gas motor. I was going to purchase a T0-35 gas but it turns out there is allot of water getting into the oil on the T0-35. (I suspect it has a crack in the block.) The 203 industrial tractor appears to be very similar to the T0-35 mechanically except it is much lower and the PTO that is fitted to it has only has a mode that runs like the old Fords - if the tractor is moving, the pto is moving. The questions are:
-Should I keep looking for a Massey with a Perkins Diesel?
-Is there a down side to getting an old Industrial other than not much resale value.
-Is $2300 allot to pay for a running Massey Industrial? The gears are quiet and the motor is not smoking. Idle is good but I've heard smoother.

Any help would be appreciated.

Keith

I have a Workbull 202 gas model that I have used regularly with a 5 foot trailer type brush hog and with a 6 foot Mott Flail mower. Mine is a gas job but still has plenty of power and is a very manuverable tractor for its size. $2300 seems cheap enough!
