Did some looking around for weights on the 44 and found many different tests on that tractor with weights from in the 3000lbs to high 5000lbs.
There were many variations to the 44. I guess you will have to take it for a ride and put it on the scales.

The Nebraska test on a 44 4 cyl with narrow front
and pressed steel wheels shows 3805 lbs. A 44 sp.
weighs (at Nebraska test) 5195 lbs. I have to
assume that is with the cast wheels which add a
lot of weight. Of course if it is fluid filled on
the tires that adds a lot of weight. Chuck

The weight is probably right around 5800 lbs.
