You wont find a resivioir because the clutch and brakes are fed from the main hydraulic system. Remove the inspection plate and look up in to the clutch housing to check if the seals have failed on the hydraulic release bearing. Get an assistant to operate the pedal as you look.

i think that it is a hyd. clutch and you are out of fluid look for a little brake reservoir and check it

Yes it is a hydraulic clutch but I only find one place to add hydraulic oil and that is in the main hydraulic reservoir. Ive been all through my operators manual and I don't find another hydraulic reservoir on this tractor. Right now I don't have brakes or a clutch which accoring to my manual are part of the second stage hydraulics. Please advise I'm still lost here.

There is definately NO hydraulic brake fluid on any 1000 or 3600 series....as stated the fluid comes from the tractor hydraulic system....there are 2 types of clutches....one is a push type telease system while the other one is a pull type system....best idea is to get someone to operate the clutch and watch what happens....the seals in the release cylinder (or tandem cylinders in some cases) can leak internally with no outward signs of oil leaks...either way it means splitting the tractor and renewing the seals and bleeding the brakes and clutch when assembled....if it is a pull type clutch you will need to remove the large clip inside that connects the clutch to the release cylinder
