Any idea on value of these tractors in good condition? I saw one on ebay couple weeks ago for around $1,275 I think but it was a little beat up though.

The other thing you need to look for is not all industrial tractors had a 3 point. So if it has a 3 point and no loader it is probably worth what a 135 in similar condition is worth.

The one on ebay was just a tractor with no loader.

I would think if in good running condition and a loader, they would go for $4000-$6000.

Mlauk has the price perfect.
I looked at some online before both late 60's in good condition. They were selling at 4100.00 and 5200.00. The one you say for 1200.00 would be a steal.
