I have a 1957 MH50. It runs; the hydraulics work. It's not what I need and am considering selling. I understand this model was only produced in 1956 and 1957, so there are not a lot of these around. Could anyone give me an idea what to ask for the selling price? Thank you. Pullins

Just a point of information. A Massey Harris 50 is NOT 50 horse power. It is about 34 pto hp.

Big difference between "not many" and rare. The MH50 is essentially the same as a Ferguson F-40 or MF50. The exception is when you go to sell one. MH50 generally sells for less than either of it's cousins. Around these parts, Fergusons, Massey Harris, and Massey Fergusons sell really good. An average MH50 will go from low of $2500 to as much as $3500. Mint condition, maybe $4500. An F-40 or MF50 in same condition, about $500 to $1000 higher.
