I'm going to be looking at a Massey tractor in the next few days. Guy says its a 102 Jr. I can't find serial numbers on tractor data for that tractor. Are they the same as the late model 101 Jr with the 162 Continental engine? Does the 102 Jr also have the 162 engine? Or are they the export version of the 101 Jr? Can anybody tell me the differnce? Thanks

Spring may start in three months, but winter starts a month after that! LOL!

Welcome back to MN. We live about 40 miles west of St. Cloud. The weather has been mostly cold the last 3 to 4 weeks, lots of below zero nights and a few below zero days. But I think we may have that behind us now, 10 day outlook has upper teens to mid 20's for highs. Pretty normal stuff for this time of year. Hey and in just 3 short months we'll have spring. LOL. I'll post the serial number when I find out what it is. Thanks

The early 102s were the distillate versions, and the later ones were for export. My MASSEY TRACTOR DATA BOOK has complete serial numbers for 101 and 102 Juniors. Standard and Row crop. Post your serial number once you find out what it is, and someone will let you know if you have a 101 or 102 Jr...

How's the weather up there. We are planning to move up there to Minnesota in the next couple of months. Will be moving back to my home town, St. Cloud. I haven't lived there in 40 years. Texas is just too hot for us.
