Hydralics are constantly pumping, and hence the 3 point linkage arms will not lower. Any suggestions on what might be the problem?? I presume I have just re-assembled something wrong? Any ideas?

Kennie I would say you either have the arm on the lift cover on wrong side of the roller on the pump or something in the linkage on the lift cover is wrong If you need more help Email me I can probably help

I am still having problems with the hydraulics not lowering. I tried putting the roller on the other side but still does not operate. It lifts but will not lower. Is it something to do with the control valve not being activated? How does the control valve operate? I purchased this tractor 2nd hand and it was operating like this when I got it so I have never seen it working properly or assembled correctly. It is one of the first square bonnet model 135s.

Do you have a remote valve just in front of seat on the right side of the lift cover? If you do it has to be in the correct position for the Draft & position levers to operate the three point.. If you dont have one of these valves you can remove the access plate from the right side of the rear housing the one with the response lever. Move the two arms with the roller in them forward this should make the three point lower. If your three point lowers when you do this. It is something in the lift cover linkage.
