My son recently purchased a 240 Massey Ferguson. The hydraulics will not raise the 3 point hook-up. It functioned the first few times that he used it, but it stopped lifting. It will not work with the levers in any position.

Do you have an auxillary valve on top of trans.
hsg.with 2 levers? If so the left hand lever needs to be locked back. Hope you already have
this solved. Chuck

This is with the clutch pedal released completely? If the second stage on the clutch is depressed, no 3pt movement. Pull both levers all the way back, should be up in the air otherwise

Insure the outer lever is full up and move the inner lever full up, it should lift if it worked previously(clutch full out). Next check hydraulic level. Next use the search function on this page for "lift problems". You should find plenty of info. No luck? Post back for more.
