I ve got a model 20 with the F162. It's bored 30 over, bigger valves, balanced, T3 turbo, external wastegate, running on propane. It will free rev to 4500 rpm and pulls between 3600-3800 rpm at 10 psi of boost. Balancing will be the key to safe high rpms. The clutch parts should be blanketed, though. Check the photos for an engine pic. Search "Ian Johnsen".
