the Direct injection dieael does not have a sediment boul strainer. It has two Fuel Filter Assemblies that feed into the injection pump assembly.

There is a fuel lift pump that has a glass Bowl Sediment strainer. There is no strainer at the fuel shut off valve, but look like a short line that runs from the valve to the Fuel Pump Assembly. The assembly has the glass sediment strainer. This looks like it is on the right hand side of the gas tank.

On mine there is a shut off on the tank and a sediment bowl on the fuel pump.
