I know this a new tractor, but looking for a little help on a backhoe problem. I have a 1552 compact mf with the 1580 bachhoe att. , when you install the bachoe you must put the 3 point arms down all the way. they are constantly digging into the ground or rock, is there any modification anybody has done to change this? I thought about cutting the plate on the hoe att. to allow the arms to be raised some but not sure if that voids any warr.. Any help with this would be great.

Hello I have a compact Ford 1220 that has the backhoe. I have to remove the 3 point arms and links to put the backhoe on. The arms are easy to remove. You have to remove the 3 point arms on the New Holland TC 30 also. DH

You cant remove the 3 point arms due to there is a lift assist cylinder on the 1552 models.
