Does anyone out there know whether a 165 can be narrowed to fit between 6 foot rows (mowing between trees)?

You mowing between Christmas Trees? or Fruit Trees? With a brush hog or finish mower? Just curious. Got a bunch of Christmas Trees planted on a six-foot grid. As they grow the best we can hope for is early sales of the trees, or a narrow riding mower.

Yes, we are growing Christmas trees. Hopefully we'll just use a brush mower, we don't care to much about a nice finished cut between rows.

The back tires on my 65 are set at 60" center to center. The over-all width of the tractor is 75". The tires can be set narrower, but the clearance between the tires and fenders would be rather close.
