What type hydraulic fluid should i run in MF 35. The Ford mineral, 80-90, or new type universal hydraulic fluid?

I have a 202 industrial, was having trouble with the 3 pt. When I push the clutch in, the backblade starts to creep down. I drained the fluid and did have a lot of moisture in it,The manual called for using a SAE mineral oil,(8 gal.)but did not say what weight. I could'nt find anyone who knew what it was, so I put in a UTF and still have the same clutch trouble in warm or cold weather. Has any body else had these problems? Thanks from Iowa! Ps we do have a NAPA store in town.

I baught the manuals and they call for SAE 90 minera oil or 80 in winter. I got mine from NAPA. They carry 5 gal 90 Mineral Oil. I ran it this week end at 30-40 F and When I checked it was thick. The lift started slow but still had plenty of power. Where I live it is over 90 more that it is below 50 F so I am keeping the 90. Universal oil is more like SAE 10 W hydraulic fluid.

It is up to you. Either will work well. The UTF is thinner, but seems to up to the task in my 65 gasser. Not sure how the 80-90 works in cold weather. The UTF is near toothpaste consistency, so I would hate to see what the 80-90 looks like at the same temp.
