I just replaced the throttle shaft O-rings on my mf35 diesel. Trying to bleed the system after, my manual shows primer pump on the driverside with a manual lever, mine is on the passenger side with no manual lever. Wondering how to finish? HELP!!!

K:

Which engine do you have: 4 cylinder Std. Motors of 3 cylinder Perkins?

If Perkins, the lift pump is on the right (passenger) side and should have a manual operating lever.

thanks for the reply, Dean. I went out and wiped the pump clean double checked for the manual lever that is shown on your Dean Austin's Album diagram. The engine is a 3 cylander perkins diesel there is no lever but is stamped "TYPE-Y" I took pictures of both sides of the pump on my cell phone. It looks identical to the image on the diagram but no manual lever on either side. Thanks for your help, kevin.
