I can tell ya, because I had the same leaks on my 1105 and a Ford 3600 that has the same CAV type pump. The top cover has a simple gasket that costs about 3 bucks. The top cover comes right off after removing the nuts for the throttle and fuel shut-off, then two nuts holding on the top cover. Just make SURE that you note the hole the spring inside the top cover is mounted into because you need to remove the spring and then replace it after you have placed the new gasket under the top cover. The posts for the throttle and the fuel shut-off each have two o-rings that need to be replaced and can be done while you have the top cover off and the nuts off of the throttle and shut-off. Also, if you do this, buy the two gaskets (tiny little things, almost like the o-rings for the posts, but a different material) that go under the two nuts that hold the top cover down. If you do not replace these two gaskets but all the other stuff you will fix those leaks but have new ones (guess how I found this out). Anyway, all gaskets and o-rings for the CAV pump you are referring (cover and posts) to should be under twenty bucks, I can't remember exactly but maybe way under twenty bucks and this is a repair that can be done by somebody with a moderate amount of mechanical skills and no special tools. Like I said, I've done it twice. Oh yea, make sure that you clean any and all dirt and i mean all dirt from anywhere around and over the pump, because if a glob of dirt fall in the pump after the cover is off if is a different kind of problem.
