Got stuck the other day and engaged diff. lock on the tractor, it engaged alright and I got out. Now the pedal for the diff looks like it is stuck in the engaged position (about 3 inches off the foot plate). I've tried pushing it out and sticking the tractor in reverse but to no avail. However, both wheels are moving at different speeds so I think the diff lock is off. Any suggestions appreciated.

I have a MF203 and have had the same problem. Return spring broke and even if you lift the lever up, without the spring pushing it, the rod stays in place. Mine has a backhoe so I lifted the rear off the ground(takes the pressure off the tire) and removed the plate covering where the foot level goes into the axle. Once off you'll see that using cam action, it pushes a rod in to lock the rear tire. Just grab the rod and pull, slides out real easy. To fix the problem though.... you'll have to open the axle and replace the spring. Hope this helps!!
