Is there some special way to get the rear wheel hub off of a 44-6? I have the bolts loosened that tighten the clamp. I also have the metal ring off that goes in the little ridges. I just can't fet it off. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Good luck!! I know what you mean. I used every soaking agent known to man with no luck. Finally used a huge 3/4 drive gear puller and got it off. They really stick tight. It fought me all the way off. Again, good luck.

Removed hubs from my MH-22. Soaked for about a week. Loosened bolts and drove back and forth. Used a sledge hammer and they came off after many blows. Also had a large gear puller just in case all else failed. Hope this helps.

have you tried a lot of heat?
Just don't get it hot enough to screw with the temper of the metal or your seals.
