MF150 will not hold oil pressure

I have recently overhauled my MF 150 which consisted of the following; new heads, valves, rings, main bearings and a new oil pump. I can hear air in the front of the block behind the timing gear cover. The tractor will not hold oil pressure. The manual says the pressure should be 50-65. Pressure goes to 25 and will not hold there. If anyone knows of what I should do or look for please respond.

Hi,
Did you check the crank journals for wear and ovality especially the rear main as it is the furthest from the oil pump and will have the most wear on it? Are your pipes to and from the pump sound and clear? Is the strainer clear? Is your oil gauge accurate? Make sure the oil gauge pipe is clear.
