would a 2745 with 8spd be cheaper than one with the 24 spd in it<
Id heard all over a rousing yes to this answer,
so would it be cheaper to buy one like this also , cause it didnt have the 3spd powershift in it,
Is the 8 spd a powershift,
or is it the stop, shift and then go type,
looking for a good deal on one havent found one around here as yet???
But still like to have one,
wonder what a V8 massey would sound like with an open pipe?
probably really sweet,
just cause their a cool tractor,
like having a nice dark grey 35 F-20,with the open pipe, and let her beller good,

I have a Massey 1150,1155 and 2805 here in Scotland. The 2805 has the 24 speed and open pipe - sound smooth and powerful, the 1150 feels much more agricultural and more noise, the 1155 is not running a present (engine stuck). The 2805 has 24 speed which gets bad reviews from nearly everyone - havent had mine long enough to tell yet. All tractors should be fairly powerful and definately unique here where I live. Thinking about taking to local tractor pull in the next few weeks but am worried about breaking something when pulling against modern 180 hp 4x4 tractors.

Hi Bill,
it's kirk from ks,
i was just reading your email to me, aqnd i like that you have three massey V8's sooo coool , If i was there Id like to drive all three of them and do field work with them. I tried a 1155 with open pipes and an 2745 withy the 24 spd bill and I really liked it alo, so Ill get a massey 1155,and be done withit as it can pretty much do anything you want, and it had the pwer to do most thing on thew field that you need to do , and I just like to drive it around for fun too maybe even go to Osborne and get grocerie's in it next time bill, there nothing wrong with that I know,
this 1155 I tried had twin stack's and glasspack muffler's on it,
ohhh man ,,, It really roared and it sounded so good that only mozart could of done beter on sound. But it sounded so good, that i didnt wanna get out of it , or give it back to the dealer, I liked 2745's too bill Buit i think Ill go with the 1155 as I like the red paint on them and the A/C vent's inside cab were really cool designed, and the dash is well laid out too, rather than the woodgrain thing of the 2000 serie's,
Keep in touch Bill ok, take it easy ok,
maassey nut,,
kirk conway,
