my 165 has a howling noise in low range not real bad but you definetly notice it in high range it goes away completely what is the problem here. thanks RICK

I own a 165 and have always had that howling sound in low gear.

Is that in low gear or the multi-power in low? Either way I'm pretty sure it's normal. Our 285 has always had a rather pronounced howl in 3rd low, low MP.
