Ferguson F-40 is most valuable version. Late '56 thru mid '57. In mint condion maybe $5000. Massey Harris 50 mint maybe $4200+ same years as F-40. Massey Ferguson 50, '57 thru '63. They were available in diesel or gas. Mint maybe $4500. All three "average" $3300 to $3600. Rough but running, $2500+. Very good tractor. Basically a Ferguson/Massey Ferguson 35 with heavier front axle, better steering, bigger fuel tank, more weight, and longer wheel base. Essentially a MF35 "row crop". (MF35 w/ MF 65 "front clip") Available as a "standard" 24" or 28" rear wheels, or high arch w/ 38" rears. High arch was available w/ wide front, single or dual wheel narrow front. Forerunner to Massey Ferguson 150. Not really what you'd call rare.

Brother picked up a MH-50 gasser last year in SESD for $3400. About a 7.5 on a scale of 1-10.
