I have a MF 35 diesel and was wondering if you can put any hydralic outlets at the rear? a ford 4000 has the box under the seat with the lever to operate the ports, is the same thing available with the massey? if you can put something on thats fairly simple can anybody point me to where to get it at?

Hello. According to manual there is three outlets under the seat. I think you can get the normal liftingpumps persure from all of them.
We have one fe-35 with simple system to use one way cylinders (like trailers). Just one outlet witch is built from normal hydralic hose (about 70 cm) and couple of fiting parts with inch system threads whitout any box. When you want to use cylider you lift the liftingarms up and next goes the cylinder.

This box you are looking for we have in one mf-135 and it makes things easier. You can lock the liftingarms to one position by turning the valve and then use outsite hydralinks. They do not go same time.

One system we had in mf-265. It had this same box and after that couple of seperate two-way hydralic valves and free returm for oil to the transmission. When you turn the valve from the box another two-way controled outside hycralics and another liftingarms.

So that way it was possible to use them same time.

Mitch:

You can add remotes to your 35 by removing the plate beneath the seat and installing the MF valve in place of it. The valves are a bit hard to find but occassionally come up on ebay and are often available from salvage yards and MF dealers.

Mitch:

The MF valve allows the use of either the lift or the remote(s) by changing the position of a lever. I cannot remember if there is a position for both at the same time.
