Hi, I have a dual spool hydraulic system on top of my hydraulic cover plate. It leaks between the spool system and the top cover. I want to replace the gasket or o-rings between the cover and the remote hydraulics. However, I can not see any bolts to remove the dual spool system. Do I have to take the cover off? Is is possible that it is bolted from the underside? I have never seen this. Anyone seen this? Thanks.

Hi, This is held on by two socket head cap screws.
Be sure your 3 pt is down. When reinstalling, be
sure to position the standpipe in the pump on the
bottom with your fingertips and push down to
"seat" in the pump before remounting the valve. I
would put new O rings on the standpipe as well.

Hello,
It will not be bolted from the underside as there are tapped holes in the cover. In all probability there will be socket head bolts holding your valve assembly on. It will probably entail removing part of it to gain access. There is a tube going from the valve block to the pump. If you have Pressure Control fitted the tube will only come out part way. If not it is fully removable. You will find an O ring and a white PTFE washer at each end of the tube and another O ring of the same size between the valve block and hydraulic cover.
