Happy Fathers Day, Daughters coming for a cook-out.

I posted about cleaning the two filters in the Hyd system. I finally got them out without splitting the trans from the diff case. I didn't know the rear drive coupling/shaft would come out. Figured that the cotter pin must be there for a reason. After removing the shaft/coupling and the IPTO shift cover, it gave me enough room to remove the filters.

Also got the PTO brake to work on 100 psi air pressure. The brake piston was stuck, I was able to get a small pry bar in there and it snaped out aganist the brake disk with quite a bit of leverage applied. Also the retaining bushing was a full 3/4" away from the clutch assy. Manual states .005-.015" after clutch/pump/lines installed.

The previous owner used 90 wt gear oil in the system and I am replacing with the correct oil.
Question: Will a couple quarts of transmission oil mixed with hyd oil hurt anything in the system? I have used this process when I was working (as a machine repairman, retired, Rockwell) to clean sticking valves.

Thanks, and I will be back.
PS Machine shop called, engine and head are ready to pick up.

I don't think that small of an amount would be any trouble at all in the transmission- the rear end should hol dabout 8 gallons or so. Should get diluted down plenty.

Wouldn't doubt the sticking brake was due to too heavy of oil in there though...
