I REPLACED CLUTCH DISCS AND PRESSURE PLATE AS WELL AS THE RELEASE BEARING. I SET CLUTCH ASSEMBLY UP USING GAGES REQUIRED BY THE SERVICE MANUAL. ADJUSTED LINKAGE PER SERVICE MANUAL. CLUTCH WORKS FINE AS WELL AS THE PTO STOPPING AND STARTING IN THE CORRECT POSITION OF THE CLUTCH PEDAL. MY PROBLEM IS THAT THE CLUTCH PEDAL IS A WAY TO HIGH. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE AS WELL AS DANGEROUS TO USE ON REAL HILLY TERRAIN. PLEASE HELP ME IF YOU HAVE INFORMATION TO REMEDY THIS CONDITION. THANK YOU

Hi,
Is your clutch pedal pivotted at the rear with a rod going to the short arm on the clutch shaft or just a pedal clamped onto the shaft?
If it is of the rear pivot type check how much wear is in the bush. It may be that to overcome the wear and get correct operation you have had to set the pedal high. It certainly is a pain in the ..... left leg!!

I'm not sure if your 150 is the same, but on my 65, there is a bolt on the clutch pedal pivot on the bell housing, you can adjust the pedal hight with that. Your manual should say something about this though. I hope this helps.
