I have been trying to tackle getting the Hydraulics back in good shaped on my tractors and all I lack is this one. Just about all of my hoses at my Hydraulic control valve are leaking especially the ones going to the breakaway connectors. I have replaced the o-rings and teflon back-up washers with new ones but they are still leaking. I have been trying to get all of my tractors back in good shape between my 1st and 2nd cuttings of hay. I only lack this one if I can get it stopped. Any help is appreciated.

Having trouble understanding just where it is leaking. I have a MF-690 which developed a substantial leak at the control valve. I cleaned it up real tgood and used light and mirror to find exact leak points. Mine was the poppet valves were leaking. Removed the poppets and replaced the tiny o-rings. Quite a job working under the rear of the cab, but no leaks now. Tom

Tom, mine are are where the hoses hook into the control valve. some of them have tee"s that two hoses will hook into. They have some type of quick connect fitting that have somthing that resembles a steeple that holds the hoses into the fittings. I bought all new o-rings and back-up washers but still have the leaks. I even had the dealer replace them while it was in the shop and was having my clutch replaced. That lasted about a half a season.

Sorry I can't help you with those. Mine have not leaked. For me it was just the poppets. Goog luck. Tom

I changed out the fittings today with JIC style connectors and hard piped everything so hopefully that will take care of it.
