I have a 1970 135 MF. It has the 3 cylinder perkins gas engine. It has a 6 speed transmission 3 on the big stick and high/low on the little one. Got on it to rake hay and shifted both sticks to neutral to start it. I did not pay any attention to it at first but when I went to put the big stick in gear it would not move. up down side ways nothing. It is locked up. I put the little stick in high and the tractor backed up and that was it. No forward gears. I then took the fill plug off and could see the gears. Took a long screw driver and moved one of the gears forward. Now I have what seems to be 1st gear high. Big stick is still stuck. What todo next. Can I fix it from the plug or do I need to take the top off of the tranny. Sorry for the long post but wanted you all to know what I did. Thanks for your help in advance.

You moved the gear to far forward into first gear. Move the big gear back about half as far as you moved it to get the shift forks lined up.
