I have just purchased a farm which includes a Massey-Ferguson 35X diesel tractor. Looking at the array of manuals available on the websites I am looking for advice on the appropriate one. The identification plate is missing on the dash but I found the following on the engine.

MON()CYI
E144
37111280

Diff casting
183 263 M6

Gearbox
189 468 M1

This tractor is working in South Africa.

This is my first experience with tractors and thus would appreciate any assistance. Thanks.

Hi Xavier,

I am not sure its the same guy, but found your name in a search. How are you doing these days? Do you perhaps have the contact details of David Luttig?

I'll write more if you respond and its the same guy.

Thanks,
Ray
