Does anyone know where I can get a set of reasonable secondhand tracks or even new or reconned tracks, or anyone who will overhaul and change the pins and bushes etc,

try googling HEAVYQUIP. I got new aftermarket bottom track rollers from them for about 1/2 what Komatsu wanted for new OEM. They sell track of all kinds.

I have been told that the tracks are the same on a D-3 Cat. My MF 200 has Berco tracks on it. They can supply parts, but I don't know who works on them, or even what area you're in. Berco has a website, just google them and you should find them. If you can find the man who works on them, the pins can be turned 180 degrees and will last as if new(if they have'nt been rotated already)At least that way all you spend is labor, no parts.
Good luck, brother.

Thanks BA I will check them out much appreciated, the machine is actually in the Caribbean so it makes life interesting, if you come across any other info I would ove to hear from you, in reality the tracks aren't so bad but 4 bushes on one side have broken up and disappeared,
regards,
nick
