Hey Big Dean,
Need to pick your brain. I have a MF 3525 that returned from the shop yesterday. Had the clutch replaced and slave cylinder repaired. I noticed that the clutch slips after the tractor gets hot. It will hardly go at all even in 1 low. Called the shop and told me to bring it back which I am going to do. Any ideas what might be the cause. No problems until it runs for 30 minutes or so.

Thanks

Hi Devin I have never had a need to work on the brakes on a MF3525 and do not remember much about then but it sounds like the brake fluid is not completely being release when you let off of the pedal and as the fluid heat up it start to pressure the slave cylinder and starts to releases the clutch part way l have run across this on some brakes and clutches on trucks.

Thanks for the info. Do you think changing hyd fiters would make any difference. I put new filters on last year and did not use the tractor very much. Dont know if there is trash in the systems after the split. There are no problems with any of the hyd and only the clutch when you use the tractor for about 30-45 min. When it cools it goes back to work.
