Okay. I"ve found that the spin on head I have is a PK 33764251. The filter is A-2654408.
I am looking for a x-reference # that I can get at Napa, etc. The Wix reference didn"t find anything. Any help is appreciated.

Perkins Part # 2654408 = WIX # 51460.

By application, WIX oil filter for Massey 30B/with Perkins engine = WIX # 51460.

Generally for a NAPA number, you drop the first #, making it a 1460.

Oil Filters

AC PF 2205

MF 1447082M1

Don't ever use Fram. Your tractor does not deserve that!!

Good Luck.

Thank you, Bob. Will change that oil today.
I saw another discussion about a power steering filter. Do you know where it is and how to change it. My tractor steers hard at low speed / rpm .
Thanks again.

It's a 1979 industial 2 wd skiploader. Powered by a Perkins 3 cyl. The pump looks gear driven, mounted behind the timing cover assembly.
I found a massey tag on it with #14172.
Made by John S Barns Corp. Rockford, Ill.
The housing does have a seies of small nuts all the way around it - for service?
Would a new seal on the two halves be needed if diassembled for service?
Also, one of the steering rams leaks. It was low on fluid and hard to steer when I got. It greatly improved with fluid and I have been feeding the leak for some time with no change.

I'm not familiar with your particular tractor.

However, if it has a belt-driven PS pump, the filter MAY be inside the reservoir that surrounds the pump, requiring disassembly to replace.

Is that how your's is set up?
