I"m having trouble finding a straight answer - I am thinking about a 3 point hitch for my Massey harris 30. Will a hitch from a 44 fit? I cannot find a kit for my tractor. It has a charlynn pump on the pto right now - is it possible to mount a hydraulic pump up front somewhere to free up the pto for mower duties? I am new to tractors so you gotta spell it out for me... Thank you!

I put a 3 pt on my 30 from a 44. Works great, there is a pump that mounts to the front of the engine.

Some 30 had a hyd pump on the right side of the engine. I don't remember for sure much more then that with out goig and and looking at the 30 I have. I does have a lift on the back that would be easy to turn into a 3 point but I haven't done so on this one since it still needs a lot of TLC
