Can anyone tell me more information as to what I have? I acquired this tractor in a trade and I love the little tractor but I dont know to much about it. The serial number tag is gone. I know it has a 4 cylinder Standard diesel, and that is about it. Can anyone tell me how to figure out the year?
Will other MF35 parts none engine related fit?
Having problems finding a tachometer cable, what will fit?
Oil Filter what do I need, will a filter for MF35 with a Perkins fit?
I think the engine is a 23C just from looking at some parts pictures and seeing the tachometer gear box. (Mounts on the front of the injector pump)

Only number I see is stamped on the engine, and they are SJ67818E

Thanks in advance for any help.

Okay, best I can tell, your engine was used in 1958 models. My book lists your tractor as a TO35D if American made or FE35 if made in England. From there I am lost. HTH

Hi Greg, There is a place in Chilton,Wi that has
OEM filters and the tach cable. The cable is the
inside cable and they do not have the outer
sheathing. The cable is p/n 1850 709m1 and the
filters (box of 3 I believe) is 830 902m91. They
wont sell direct to you but thru any imp. dealer.
The Depot 1-800-743-3768. The filters are not the
same as the Perkins. Chuck
