How rare is this tractor? I have a chance to buy one and I dont know anything about them.I own a 33 also, how many of these were made? What engine did the 44sd have.I should add that the 44sd is a narrow front row crop.

If the tractor is good enough and the price is right, they grab 'er and start running like h-e double hockey sticks! As far as your 33 goes,if it is a gas model, than it isn't all that rare ,but if it is a diesel, than you have one of but a few (maybe 50 ever) hen's teeth.Gas or diesel,33's were real nice tractors and well worth the time to take care of.
