Hi. I just bought an older M/F fork truck. Is there some way to identify what model it is so I can find manuals and a parts list?

Is it possible to post a picture her for help from someone who knows someting about these? I sure don't.

Thanks for any input.

Go to puddingsworld. In the MF industrial section there are a few pics of forklifts. What engine does it have and how many cylinders? What transmission? MF made a bunch of different forklifts. They are good machines. Lift kings were rebadged MF forklifts. Dave

Thanks, Dave. I don"t know what engine or transmission is in it. I really don"t know anyting about it. That"s what I need the manuals for.

It has a 4 cylinder gas engine, and there are two levers on the transmission. That"s all I know so far. I don"t even have it home yet.

Is it possible to post pictures on here?

It could be an MF202 with standard manual shift. The forklifts produced after the 202 pretty much all used a 3 cylinder Perkins gas or diesel. The 202 has a rounded profile hood that flips up from one side I believe. I have a book on MF industrial equipment. I don't know how to post a picture. Dave
