Last night I think I killed my 202. I was using the front bucket and moving some dirt, around the last few loads I was starting to hear it faintly knocking... then the kocking got lounder (like something important wanted to get out) So we parked it. This morning I did a compression test, ~90 all accross the board, pulling a plug lead didn't seem to change the knock. I connected up a oil preasure gauge to where I think the original one was (little hole in the block a little below and to the rear of what looks like a coolant drain in the side of the block) anyway, I get about 15lbs, and it's very slow flowing. Dip stick reads just under full, so I took off the oil filter to make sure it had not done something funny. It was only about 1/2 covered in oil, and didn't look like it had recently been. The even worse sight was the metal sparkle that the oil had. There is definaly some metal in there.

So, the next step will be to drop the pan and see what the oil pump and such look liked. I will be ordering me some manuals and I guess doing a rebuild on it.
