I'm trying to help the service guy at the local feed co-op keep his yard tractors going. he has some old MF, both farm and industrial units. Every now and then he hits a snag on a part.

I've looked here on yt for what he needs and they don't have (all ) of it.

Anyone have a good source for MF parts? Can be web, or telephone number.

We have also tried the local MF dealer, who is proving to be not very helpfull.

thanks

Soundguy

Try Jacks Small Engine, www.jackssmallengines.com They supplied a lot of MF parts for my 205 Workbull

I have run into the same problems with MF dealers. I have a MF 65 LP that I cant locate some parts for. I need a fuel filter and a carb gasket that is no longer availble, according to the dealer. I will figure out how to make my own gasket and go without a filter. I ordered my engine parts from YT ! JJ

Yeah, it's a shame about the poor showing from your local dealer. AGCO/MF is as good as they get about finding and getting parts for their older stuff. The 2 nearest dealers to me bend over backwards to accomodate those of us with the oldies.

But. I'll PM you (check AT site) with a list of good "mail order/online parts houses that'll get you a bunch of MF stuff. Maybe that'll help. I'd consider contacting another Massey dealer out of your area. MF website will have a dealer locator. Most dealers will order by email and drop ship directly to you.

The MF dealer here seems reasonable to work with.

I already stated that our local MF dealer is of no help.

souNdguy;

Ya,it is too bad the local dealers arent of any help. There seems to be lot of difference in how the individual dealerships are run. Found that out with the C-IH dealers in my area when I was trying to farm.
