Plowing yesterday with MF 240 and tryed to engage the differential lock and the peddle is frozen. I really stomped on it and no movement. Question? How do I get the peddle to move? Any suggestion? Thanks

Hello,
I presume that the pedal is seized in the 'up' position. Assuming that it is similar to UK spec tractors the problem is likely to be in the rocker linkage or plunger on top of the axle. Try and determine where the seizure is and apply plenty of penetrating oil. Fit a short piece of steel pipe over the operating lever and try and work back and forth to gain a little movement. NO EXCESSIVE FORCE. Be patient, it takes time. Hopefully that will work.
