I have an overheating problem and need suggestions. I have already changed the headgasket, the thermostat, hoses, waterpump, checked for a warped head & radiator problem. Does anyone know a reason this may be happening? There is no water in the oil. Thanks for your help!

If it heats up slowly as it is used, it is over loaded. If it just heats up, but does not stop running, the only other solution is the gauge is bad. That is about all that is left. Good luck.

I am trying to find a shop manual. Will you sell me a copy of yours? Thanks.

is this a diesel or a gas. if it is a gas check your timing to speck. if it is a diesel check for wear in your pump drive and see what this does for you uyr pump drive. see what this does for you.

Seems like you have done the right things so far. Did you check the radiator flow and flushed out the block?
