Well i finally got a day off from my 7 day (66hr) work weeks. And i decieded i should take a look at the 1130 some more. The problem is lots of smoke and oil coming out of the exhaust. I took the intake and exhaust manifolds off, and block the turbo oil line. The i started and let it idle. I found oil dribbling from the first exhaust port and alittle from the second and third. This is a fresh rebuilt motor, with about 7hrs on it and those were mostly idlein around movein hay. The tractor has been on a dyno for 1 1/2 hrs which the smoke cleared up and the oil dryed up but once it was off it started doing it again. So should i be worried or just wait and try to work this thing hard. The motor was lacking alittle power on the dyno it had 95hp pto hp and it suppose to have 120 pto hp, this could just be a cause of a fresh motor or dirty injectors.

Sounds like "wet stacking" to me. If the injectors wern't tested and/or changed at the rebuild then the engine rebuild isn't complete. I just cured an 1100 with the same problems as your 1130 with 3 remaned injectors, cost $180. The tractor was like a new machine when I started it and put it under load.

Well the injection system is all orginal, and the tractor sat 10 yrs in a barn before i got it, so they probally are dirty. I think it is some oil coming out to because i don't know how else to explain the 2gal of oil use in 5hrs of idling around. It does have alittle like on the front, and the ring probally ain't seated yet, so that might be where the oil is going. I am going to replace all the injectors once i get some more money gathered up, i think they need replaced cause the smoke is more white then it is blue and it burns your eyes.

Well i got some more time to look at the 1140 today, and i cracked the injectors lines to check the injectors and i found that 4 of the injectors were weak and cracking the lines on these 4 injectors made the smoke go away. The injectors are $93.00 apeice or i can just get nozzles for $37.00 apeice, i am going to get the whole injector, and replace all 6 of them. Thanks for the help.
