I have a 1961 MF 50 on which I want to mount a front pump for the loader. Steering arm hits the pump shaft. I have been told Masey Ferguson made a steering arm to solve this problem. Does anyone know if there was one? Part number? Solutions? Thanks for your help.

Robert, I don't think the steering is out of time; It's the same way it came from the MF factory.

Dave, I have been searching the archives and so far have not found anything.

Thanks for everyone's help.

It has been mentioned on here about a different steering arm. If I recall it is discontinued but some people have made their own. I think Big Dean was talking about it and said some homemade owns were good and some weren't so good. Look in the archives. Maybe someone has a picture of one? Dave

Your steering arm may be out of time. Can you turn the wheels the same amount both ways.
