Noticed this crack while changing the oil this weekend. It's in the front left mounting hole of the oil pan.

How worried should I be? Anyone else had a crack develop there?

HI, I don't think that you should be unduly worried about it. Slacken the bolt and see if it has cracked on the other side as well, if it hasn't...good. What I would suggest is fitting a very thick 5/8 flat washer under the head to spread the bolt load over as much of the casting as possible. Providing it is tight against the axle casting then the material is in compression and doing its job.

Our 165 has a peice missing from the front end that bolts to the engine on the right side, and we still use it under a loader. Probably not the best thing to be doing with it, but it's been like that for a while now.
