how many hp is a 304 4cyl Perkins diesel? Why is there very little information on the 304? Is this consider one of the workbulls? What year where these made? Thanks I've done some searching but cann't find the answers. Looking at one to buy.

Thanks Big Dean,

I've been looking for a good workbull, Now that you have point me to your page. I remember going there once before. Will a 304 be able to lift a avg. size round bale? What type of work can I expect it to do? How much can I expect the avg. 304 to bring at an auction? Sorry so many questions so quick I have to decide by thursday on weather I'm going to take the day off and freeze my behind off. Goin to be a high of 17 that day. I plan on taking a look after work tomorow night to see what kinda condition shes in.

Could you mean a 384 ? Tractor data . com doesnt show a 304.The 384 , and there was three of them listed had the 4 cylinder perkins diesel, and were from 65 to 85 hp.

I going by what the sale bill has for it. Massy Ferguson 304 tractor 300 loader, 232 back hoe, 4cyl Perkins diesel
