Selling Mustang and/or fixing water pump/hydrauli

Time to sell her? Can anyone tell me where I can get either seals or a water pump for my MH Mustang. Water slowly leaks out of what looks like a drain hole at the bottom of the pump. Or make me an offer on her with a leaky water pump and a bad spring in the otherwise working 3 point hydraulic system. The tractor is in very good condition with all original tin and complete 3 point hitch. Includes a front mounted snow plow. I've owned her since '68-came with a house I purchased from a part time farmer- and she has been inside 99% of the time. I used her maybe 20 hours/year so there should be lots of life left in her. I broke the hydraulic unit spring when I reversed the pressure and return hoses. Almost blew my head off. I bought a larger tractor and I'm tired of messing with the old girl. My local tractor grave yard wants $250 bucks for a hydraulic unit and wont sell me just the spring. If your handy and can find this little spring you will have a great old tractor to use or restore.
