Well i took the 1130 to the dealer and ran it on the dyno for a 1-1/2 it put out 95hp at its best it seemed to have cured the oil in the exhaust problem, and it cured the white smoke problem but as soon as it was off the dyno it had white/grey smoke again. Then i got it home and it idled for about 20 min and it started to drip oil out again so i don't know what to think, i say the lack of power is dirty injectors. I was also wandering where i could get one of those micro locks?

Thanks, Ryan

One other thing. A poorly educated mechanic or parts person could have swapped injection pump, or injectors off of an 1100. I had an 1135 in my shop that had similar problems to your 1130, and it was because someone had put injectors off an 1105 on it.

Sounds to me like it is wet stacking. The motor was likely rebuilt, but the injectors or pump may not have been overhauled. Bad injectors will cause oil in the exaust, low power, white smoke etc. Which will clear up under load(dyno).

is the engine getting up to opt. temp. like 180 to 195 if not stat. might be stuck open and cold running engine will do that

Something else I thought about. You mentioned in your earlier post that the engine had a fresh rebuild. Possibly the rings have not seated yet.

Did your dealer have any suggestions or input? Seems odd that he would not have a suggestion. Does the tractor use a noticable amount of oil?

Well thanks for the input, yes i just rebuilt the engine, I dought the injection system has been switched in this case. The dealer said it was probally just the rings not seated yet, As far as oil consumption i just got this particualar tractor and ain't got to use it yet. The more i got to thinkin about it i think i slipped up when rebuilding. I am kinda embarassed to say this but i forgot to crosshatch the liners when rebuilding, but i only replaced one ring set, and just removed the others to clean and reassemble. I went to school for heavy diesel mechanics and i am only 19 yrs old so i suppose its one of them live and learn moments, i just got in a hurry i don't get much time out of the coal mine (thats where i work)

Well thanks again

Ryan
