The Utility models of these tractors used a different throttle setup as compared to the gas models. Heck, there were two seperate models used on the gassers alone. The utils used a bellcrank setup on the bottom of the hand throttle where it connects to the governor control rod. The ag models used a simple pivoted lever. I am sure the foot control could be adapted, but some fabrication may be involved. It connects to the same rod that the hand throttle does, not to the carb, as this would defeat the governors function. I can scan the pages of the parts manual if required. HTH,

Let's go Mountaineers,

Aaron
