My 1130 Massey with a perkins is sucking air. Can the charge pump diaphram leaking cause this? Or might it be the injection pump? When I crack an injector line I can see foam coming out. Now it quit running all together.

On my 1100, a new gasket for the settling bowl cured the problem.

It's probably the charge pump. I have an 1100 and it was doing the same thing, getting air in the fuel sysyem. Took the charge pump apart many times and couldn't find any holes in the diaphram, but it was so thin it was sucking air right through it. Finaly put a new pump on, no problems since then. Them Masseys are good tractors.
