We had the clutch rebuilt when we lost the PTO functions .We re-installed & the lift will raise the 6' bush-hog on the 3-point lift w/o raising the lift lever & won't lower at bottom location

The control valve will get trash in them & cause them to stick. They will also stick under a heavy load if the oscillator for the valve is not working the valve. You can usually get them unstuck by removing the access plate on the right side of rear housing & working the two small levers sticking up from the pump the ones with the roller in between them by hand. you do that with the pump turning If I can be of further help Email me.

Hello, I can only try to help here. I am familiar with the components as I have disassembled and reassembled mine, but have yet to test it. Therefore I have to rely on the book. It states that a sticking control valve or a broken control valve spring might be the culprit. If something else was changed, for example, like heavier belly lube installed, this might change the way it acts.

Like I said, just guessing here. I will leave my email open. If you would like a copy of that section of the manual, email me.

Let's go Mountaineers,

Aaron
