I just bought a 1010 at auction that has the trans, shelled out. It's partially dissasembled and has a hole in it.
Where can I find one and how much should it cost?

Don't know about your particular tractor. But my son broke a massy 180 diferential housing and lift cover. We took everthing from the old hosing and cover and transfered it to salvage parts. The diff case wase 450.00 and the lift cove was also. I supose you need to really identify what parts you really need and the contact salvage yards to find them. We used gap tractor parts in Cranfills Gap Texas, They are a Great bunch of guys and willing to do what needs done to get you back in the field. Don,t know where your located but I would suppose you could call Larry @ gap and ask him if you have a salvage out fit in your area. I think they even offer a wire service to locate stuff nation wide. Hre is their Phone No. 254-597-2217. Also in Texas is Comanchee Tractor 254-893-6711. They are in De Leon Texas.
