Have a '29 Massey 12-20 that starts and runs well, but can get no oil pressure. Have stripped oil lines and filter and all is clear. Pump itself will not seem to move oil. Attached line filled with oil to intake side and hand cranked but no delivery on output side. Can pump be removed without removing engine from frame? It doesn't look like it but maybe I'm missing something?

that was a problem with early masseys and wallis's for one they ran low oil pressure like 5lbs and you got to pull the motor to get the pump out what ive found is there are copper oil lines in the pan they feed many things and the line will crack and or the flair will crack either way its a major under going
